| About the Artist |
For most of his adult life, Heinrich Landolt has worked as a writer-photographer, beginning as a reporter and continuing in advertising in his native Switzerland.
In addition to photography and writing, Landolt has pursued his lifelong passion for international relief and development aid. He spent four years working in Sudan and Kenya and has developed and implemented aid programs for international agencies for much of Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. His camera accompanied him all the time.
After relocating to the United States, Heinrich Landolt developed his own unique style of digital art, which brought him quick recognition. His work has been acquired by public collections and honored by awards. Heinrich Landolt divides his time between the United States and Switzerland.
